Cedar House
A seven-story, all-electric building of studios and one-bedrooms, one block from Downtown Inglewood and the Metro K Line. Every home is deed-restricted for households earning up to 80% AMI, priced well below the Class-A buildings nearby. We're developing it with Housing On Merit, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, and using the Welfare Tax Exemption in place of direct public funding.
Small Lots, Big Impacts
cityLAB-UCLA and Genesis LA picked three teams out of 30 to build pilot projects showing how small lots can deliver for-sale starter homes. AERO Collective and West of West are the architects on a team with co-developers Six Peak Capital and Frolic Community, planning eight for-sale homes on a single lot under SB 1123.
